Net Feed In Tariff of 44c per kWh up to 5kwatt system.

Commenced in 2008.

The Federal government are multiplying the STC’s credits by 3 times for the first 1.5kw of a system
Examples: 1.5 kW Solar Electricity system receives 31 STCs,  under the Solar Credit Scheme (31 STCs x 3 x $35) = $3,255
3 kW Solar Electricity system receives 62 STCs, under the Solar Credit Scheme (31 STCs x 3 x $35) + (31 STCs x $35) = $4,340

STC’s multiplier will be reduced from 3x to 2x by the federal government on the 30th June 2012
